Julie Neustadter is a Saladmaster healthy cooking coach. She grew up loving helping her mother in the kitchen and is an excellent cook. She is the person at a potluck who brings the dish everyone wants the recipe for.
Her first job in high school was in catering, and she worked in catering and restaurants for 15 years. Julie holds a BA in Psychology from University of California Santa Cruz. She is a Certified Holistic Health Coach trained at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and SUNY College. She owned and operated a Health Coaching practice called Flavor Me Healthy.
For several years Julie taught nutrition and healthy cooking classes to low income families and individuals in San Francisco through the Cooking Matters program.
She began working with Saladmaster in October of 2019, and the rest is history. When Julie isn’t teaching people about healthy cookware she can be found at home cuddling with her kitties, hanging out in her hammock listening to the birds, hiking in nature taking photographs, singing, doing water aerobics, doing belly dance and Biodanza.
In fact Biodanza is the other professional hat she wears. Biodanza is a somatic movement practice, a therapeutic system designed to bring people back to their essence. It is a path towards optimum living, an invitation to unleash full potential and a process that will help to rediscover the joy of living.
